About Warmth
Jo's Cherry Pits thermotherapy pillow retains heat for 10-15 minutes after 30 seconds heating up and follow by 10-15 minutes of soothing warmth.
Do not microwave it for more than 2 minutes at one time as it might cause burning.

About Cleaning
You can take off the outer pillowcase (orange color) and wash it with washing machine or hand wash. The inner pillow with Cherry pits insert can be washed as well. However, we recommend you to put the inner pillow under the sunlight to dry it out.

About reheating
You can reheat it multiple times with it's shelf life of 12-24 months or more. Please ensure you reheat it at the shortest time and lowest heat for the first time and adjust it according to your comfort afterwards.
