Can I purchase without sign up an account?
Yes! You will receive your order confirmation and details via email with the email address provided.

When will you ship out my order?
We will only be processing orders during working days – Mondays to Fridays (10am-5pm), any order made during public holidays, Saturday and Sunday will be processed for delivery on the following working day. All orders will be processed within 2 working days for delivery.

How long will I be receiving my order?
We assigned Best Express as our standard courier service for Peninsular Malaysia and Best Express & Pos Laju as our standard courier service for East Malaysia.
You will be receiving your parcel within 3 – 7 working days.

Do you have cash on delivery option?
Nope.

Yes! Only cash and Touch & Go e-wallet payment accepted for in-store purchase.
